Most companies don’t have a technology problem. They have a translation problem. I sit between the people building these tools and the people who have to use them on a Tuesday afternoon.
The Story
From sales floor to AI floor.
I spent years as a VP of Sales — setting quotas, building teams, living in the numbers. I know what it’s like to need an answer by Monday and have a CRM that won’t cooperate.
When Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini snapped into place, I noticed two things at once. One: the tech was genuinely ready for real business work. Two: almost nobody knew how to actually use it. Pilot programs were stalling. Personal ChatGPT subscriptions were piling up. Teams felt handed a tool and abandoned.
So I started teaching. Then building. Then both, in the same room, with the same people. I’ve logged 500+ hours teaching AI to teams who thought it wasn’t for them. They’re still using what we built.
The method is the same every time: meet you where you are, coach you to the next level, and send you home with a working Claude system. One client turned a study system we built together into A+ scores on both of his P&C license exams — seven days after our first session.

The thesis.
The technology snapped into place. We’re in the business application phase. The window for an unfair advantage is open, and it’s temporary.
AI fluency is the new literacy. You learned to read once. You didn’t relearn reading when better books came out. AI fluency works the same way.
An agent is a grown-up chatbot with a toolbelt. Chatbots don’t dream of being bigger chatbots. They dream of becoming agents. Think → Tool → Result → Think. That’s the Agentic Loop.
